does the relationship between What If? scenarios and Earth-616 affect the relationship between What If? scenarios and the Marvel Cinematic Universe? The recent Black Widow being worthy of Mjolnir thing made me wonder this, but there have been a few other What If? stories that I've seen some people talk about being an interesting twist to the MCU and I was just wondering if you knew if that side of Marvel might treat What If? scenarios as potential nods or moments in the MCU continuity
